We can reach an HIV/AIDS free world, and we can do it soon. The miles you ride, the hours you volunteer, and the dollars you raise will help us end the HIV epidemic at home and across the world.
With jobs, families and other obligations, we know not everyone is ready to ride 400 miles over 5 days. So, we created a 1-day ride to allow busy people a chance to join the cause.
On the 1-day ride, you'll be alongside everyone else as we make our way to Canandaigua. After a rest, and a recharging meal, you'll head north and back to Rochester. On Monday, you'll be able to brag to your coworkers that you rode a 100 km and took a solid swing at HIV/AIDS.
Fundraising Minimum: $300
Want to do more than one, but can't do five? We have a solution.
Our 3-day option lets you enjoy some beautiful camping and fun evenings with the new friends you've made on the road. On Sunday, you may choose to either tackle the challenge of the 100-mile Cayuga Lake loop or spend the day hiking. On day 3 (Red Day), we'll ride into Keuka Lake State Park, where a shuttle will take you back to Rochester. You can rock the red jersey all the way.
Fundraising Minimum: $1000
The AIDS Red Ribbon Ride has been a 5-day ride since its inception 10 years ago, as an evolution of the Empire State AIDS Ride. Over the years, the route has changed, the parks have shifted, and the riders have come and gone, but the Ride has continued. The full 5-day tour is the best way to experience the magic that is ARRR. See the majesty of our region, make new friendships, and reinforce old ones, knowing that you gave your all to an important cause. Take a chance and challenge yourself!
Fundraising Minimum: $1500
